Care

Caring for your jewellery.

Stainless steel is incredibly resilient. Here's how to keep your pieces looking perfect.

Stainless Steel Care

Our stainless steel pieces are designed for real life. They're waterproof, anti-tarnish, and require almost no maintenance. These tips will keep them looking their best indefinitely.

Cleaning

Rinse under lukewarm water and gently wipe with a soft lint-free cloth. For stubborn buildup, use a small amount of mild dish soap, rinse thoroughly, and pat dry. Avoid abrasive cloths or scouring pads.

Storage

Store in the pouch or box provided to prevent scratching. When travelling, keep pieces separate — stacking multiple rings or bangles together will cause surface marks over time.

Chemicals to Avoid

While highly resistant, prolonged exposure to chlorine (swimming pools), saltwater, and harsh cleaning products can dull the finish over time. Rinse and dry after exposure.

Polishing

For a quick shine, buff with a soft jewellery polishing cloth. Avoid silver or gold polishing solutions — they are not designed for stainless steel and may affect the coating.

Wearing

Apply perfume, sunscreen, and body lotion before putting on your jewellery, not after. While stainless steel is highly resistant, these products can dull the surface with repeated exposure.

Activity

Our pieces are safe to wear in the shower, pool, gym, beach, and ocean. They are made for daily life. The only time we suggest removing them is during heavy manual work where impact or abrasion is likely.

Fine Jewellery

Custom & Fine Jewellery Care

Custom fine jewellery requires a little more care to maintain its beauty. Follow these guidelines to keep your piece looking as good as the day it was made.

Cleaning

Soak in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for 20–30 minutes. Gently scrub around settings with a soft toothbrush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a lint-free cloth. Have your piece professionally cleaned once a year.

Storage

Store in a fabric-lined jewellery box, keeping each piece in its own compartment or pouch. Diamonds and sapphires can scratch softer stones — always store them separately.

What to Avoid

Remove before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping. Chlorine and saltwater can damage prongs and settings over time. Remove before applying perfume, hairspray, and household cleaners.
